Communications in Chinese - it cuts across functional departments. It affects everyone that comes into contact with a Chinese party. It’s much more than having a Chinese speaker on your staff. We help clients remove the "bow-tie effect" by building capacity across the organization.

Chinese graduates - Getting the best out of Chinese graduates on your staff is a major challenge. It requires much more than a session of cultural briefing. We help clients understand and deal with this new challenge. We do that through a mix of consultancy, workshop and follow-up activities. There is also a tool kit that can be adapted to suit specific needs.

Interpreting – We have an unrivalled track record in interpreter training. Our Managing Director Dr Kevin Lin is considered in China a leading authority between English and Chinese. His textbook on interpreting has become a must-read in China and Taiwan. He holds several guest professorships in China.

We have helped to design and are teaching the interpreting modules of MA in Business Interpreting (Chinese) at Surrey University. Kevin is Senior Consultant in Interpreting for one of the largest privately owned multi-national companies of China.
